Prasophyllum canaliculatum D.L. Jones - rejection of endangered species listing

The Scientific Committee, established by the Threatened Species Conservation Act, has made a Final Determination to reject a proposal to list Prasophyllum canaliculatum D.L. Jones, a leek orchid, as an ENDANGERED SPECIES on Part 1 of Schedule 1 of the Act. Rejection of a nomination is provided for by Part 2 of the Act.

This Determination has been superseded by the 2007 Determination - Critically endangered species listing.

NSW Scientific Committee - final determination

The Scientific Committee has found that this species meets the criteria for listing as a critically endangered species and proposes to make a Preliminary Determination to support a proposal to list Prasophyllum canaliculatum D.L. Jones as a critically endangered species in Part 1 of Schedule 1A of the Act.
