Bertya opponens, a shrub - retention of vulnerable species listing

The NSW Threatened Species Scientific Committee, established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (the Act), has made a final determination to reject a proposal to remove Bertya opponens (F.Muell. ex Benth.) Guymer from the Schedules of the Act, and to retain Bertya opponens (F.Muell. ex Benth.) Guymer as a vulnerable species in Part 3 of Schedule 1 of the Act.
