Lower Hunter Spotted Gum Ironbark Forest in the Sydney Basin and NSW North Coast Bioregions - endangered ecological community listing

The NSW Threatened Species Scientific Committee, established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (the Act), has made a Final Determination to list Lower Hunter Spotted Gum Ironbark Forest in the Sydney Basin and NSW North Coast Bioregions as an ENDANGERED ECOLOGICAL COMMUNITY in Part 2 of Schedule 2 of the Act and, as a consequence, to omit reference to Lower Hunter Spotted Gum – Ironbark Forest in the Sydney Basin Bioregion from Part 2 of Schedule 2 (Endangered Ecological Community) of the Act.
